Agriculture Victoria invites you to the Tatura Smartfarm to join other growers for a free short course.
This course will have presentations from specialists on topics listed below. Each session commences at 1 pm with lunch.
Understand your HR commitments - Wednesday and Thursday, 29-30 May
- Managing risks through clear planning
- Better manage people on your farm
- Providing a secure, safe work environment
- Strengthening your biosecurity.
Get on top of your cost of production - Wednesday and Thursday, 12-13 June
- Understand how you can work in a changing climate
- Build a solid understanding of your cost of production
- Lead with profitable decision making.
Please note: these sessions will NOT focus on individual business information e.g. finances but build on and strengthen your business productivity.
